Freedom.
Freedom.

I wish we were all privy to having it. Experiencing it. I mean, those are the fundamental Human Rights we share under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And yet, we do not all have this luxury.

I have been late the past couple of weeks as I navigate this life of mine.

You know, it can be a lot on parents to navigate parenthood. It is the hardest, most demanding job, that I have ever had. The most rewarding, for sure. And sometimes overwhelmingly scary. Having the weight of everything on your shoulders? That is some serious strength.

All the responsibilities on my shoulders. It can be heavy and hard.

The finances.

The delegation.

The guidance.

The heartache.

The illness.

The exhaustion.

And the Joy. The Fun. And, oh the laughter!

And I would not change it for the world.

However, I am free. And, I have freedom.

It was scary at first. And it can still be scary.

And yet I am free. We are free. Free to heal. Free to live.

Free to fail. Free to rest. Free to breathe again.

And free to be.

I want this for every human. Every woman. Every child.

I must confess that I have a lot on my plate, and I am so grateful for your patience with me while I figure out how to schedule it all in and prioritize. I am sure we are feeling similar things but stick it out with me if you can. Things are about to get really good.

Until our next time.

J.
